Skopje East Gate. FORTONMKA was involved as exclusive leasing agent, and contributed to successfully opening with 57.000 sq. m GLA 100% leased area.
Big Center Energy. 240ha ready to build land for 220 MW solar projects. FORTONMKA coordinated overall acquisition process.
Mavrovo2 Residence. First ski-mountain apartment resort in the country. The FORTONMKA team as an exclusive transaction agent worked on marketing and sale strategy, and successfully sold 180 apartments in a very short period of time.
Point Retail Park. First Retail Park in the country, the team worked at every stage of the development: feasibility study, concept layout design, access to finance, exclusive leasing and successfully opening of fully lease retail park.
Cevahir Sky City Residential. 4 skyscraper towers, 1.600 apartments, 80% completely sold, FORTONMKA team full involvement: market research, market positioning, sale strategy and exclusive sale agency.
La Plaza Mall Kumanovo. Mixed use project in Kumanovo, second largest city in the country. FORTONMKA worked on the full scope of services: consultancy with feasibility study, commercial and marketing strategy, exclusive leasing agency, opened fully leased 10.000 sq. m GLA.
Palace Kan Business Centar. A class office building 10.000 sq. m, 90% fully leased by FORTONMKA.
