Despite all challenges CEE property market is strong and investment activity is immense. Though financial cost is rising and expected further increase of interest rates is expected financial institutions in CEE are still willing to finance real estate projects and are trusted partners with developers.
But regardless of favorable yields, SEE real estate investment activity is lagging behind CEE region and there is enormous potential to grow. Institutional investors are lacking in the market, but yet crucial if we want to witness large scale A class projects.

Homework to be done: improve infrastructure, build trust between lenders and borrowers and consider investing in other assets rather than residential.
