Forton was appointed as an exclusive leasing agent and our office space team was given the challenge to secure prime international occupiers for GLA of 8.238 sqm and secure high occupancy within the first year of building’s operation.
Synergy was developed in Skopje among the first office projects that complies with European office standards and faced high market pressure due to the current market supply of office space. The market positioning needed to be properly set as well as the approach towards potential tenants. The expected result was achieving a rental level appropriate to the level of service provided by the business center.
Forton was assigned to act under exclusive leasing agency mandate, to consult and assist in preparation of a pricing strategy, marketing plan, Identification, organization of visits and negotiations with potential tenants and drafting of the contracts.
Working as a team with the client while utilizing the established strategies to maintain the projects public image, we have reached full occupancy within 18 months sustaining the market pressure, and providing a quality lease portfolio.
